ZBD Is Going on an Official Study Break! See you in June!

Hello everyone!

I have been mega slacking in the blog-o-sphere lately due to my yoga class practicum coming up next week and my written practicum in June. I’ve been studying, practicing, and practice teaching (oh and also working my 4 jobs) which leaves- not a lot of time for being diligent and writing on my blog and reading all of your lovely blogs. I just wanted to let you all know that it’s not you… it’s me πŸ˜‰ I’ll be back here and there to check in and maybe throw a post in if it’s killing me but otherwise I’ll be officially back in mid June. πŸ™‚

About zestybeandog

I live in Austin with my wonderful husband, dog Ginger, and cat Skiddy. We are a pretty laid back group (except for Ginger). When I'm not teaching yoga, personal training, or dog walking... I'm in the kitchen. I'm always experimenting with new ingredients and thinking of ways to prepare fresh foods in a unique way. I hope to update the blog 4-5 times a week. I've had several friends, family, and clients inquire about my recipes so here it goes. What to expect: Healthy recipes that are good for you, some classics (that have been spruced up), some not so healthy recipes (still made with quality ingredients that can be enjoyed in moderation), and beer and wine parings/reviews! I hope you enjoy, cheers!

  1. I totally understand. When I was in school (we just got out) I hardly had time for my websites. But one thing about time is the 3 P’s: protect, preserve, and prioritize. It’s definitely important to complete things that are more significant such as, going to work and putting hobbies aside.

  2. I love my yoga practice, and so I know it’s all about balance πŸ™‚ I think you’ll still be thinking about some wonderful recipes…and pizzas. We’ll be eager to see you back. Good luck with getting the things accomplished that need your attention! Debra

  3. I enjoy you guys very much, and love the things you share… I’ll be waiting for supper when you get caught up πŸ™‚

  4. Good luck! Don’t feel guilty at all. We completely understand and you need to prioritize to get things done. Looking forward to catching upon your return. Take care, BAM
